The Palawan Biosphere Reserve, under the management of Palawan Council for Sustainable Development, promotes the protection of life-support ecosystems and rehabilitation of exploited areas to allow upcoming generations to sustain development growth.

The physical and biological cycles that maintain the productivity of natural ecosystems are kept intact, ensuring that humans and wildlife are living in harmony and benefitting from essential life-support ecosystems.
